for Canadians-tire shopping tip
So, after much searching online, I found what I thought was a pretty good deal on a set of Continental Extreme Contact DWs for the 95 coupe.
I hate to sound like I'm shilling for anyone, but the price at this place was $200 less on the set than any other online retailer I could find in the US or Canada. The tires were a few dollars cheaper, but the big difference was in the shipping cost - these guys charged $5.67 to ship them to me. Yes: five dollars and sixty-seven cents for Purolator courier to my door.
Anyway, the place is pmctire, in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
I'd never heard of them before, but if you're tire shopping in Canada, they're worth a look.
Of course, now I have four new tires sitting in my garage, the vette under cover, and nothing to do but wait for spring.
