C6 rear tire sizes on stock rims
I have searched and read much about tire sizes and not causing issues with TC/AH, but it seems most threads were regarding aftermarket rims and tire sizes. I have stock rims and fronts are 245/40/18 (stock size).
What are my choices for the rears on stock rims? From what I've read, 305 is too wide so it has to be 285 or 295. Can I go with 285/30/19 or 295/30/19? Looking at some ODs, 285/30 is around 25.8" and 295/30 is around 26", while fronts are 25.7". Also, will 295/35 be too tall?
Thanks!

Both the 285/30/19 and 295/30/19 will be too short. I don't know about the 295/35. I have run 305/30/19 and 305/35/18 on widened 11" rims and both are slightly shorter than stock. They don't cause any problems with normal or 1/4 mile drag strip driving but they do cause AH induced shifting issues with my A6 transmission at higher speeds (158 mph) unless I turn the nannies off for standing mile events.
