Default New rims and tires.......Chaos ensues!!!

Not really chaos, but I had my Nitto NT-01's put on the rims I have today, fronts are C6Z replicas, stock height, width, and supposedly offset (C5Z sizes btw). Rears are in the same boat as fronts, but are base C5 replicas in stock rear height, width, and offset. I go for a test drive tonight to try and maybe get a light heat-cycle on them before i race this weekend, and as soon as I get above about 15mph, it feels like something is hitting on the tire or rims. Also, all of this goes away as soon as I hit the brakes. Now, this is the first time I have ever gotten new rims, so I am assuming that I screwed up and need to get a spacer, but is there a possibility it is something else or am I just a dumbazz. TIA

Did you have a vibration?

Just wondering if they didn't remove the retaining nuts from the rotors.
