Default Tire Height Front to Rear

Is their a general rule of thumb on tire height difference front to rear so not to cause the ABS to act up?

Yes the ratio is 1.04. You get that by dividing the rear tire diameter by the front tire diameter. You can vary from that by about +/-4% but as you get close to the 4% you could have issues with various EBCMs depending on each EBCM's sensitivity to variance.
