Be careful when going off OEM sizes to make sure your overall tire diameters stay close to the OEM.
Here are the OEM tire sizes and outer diameters:
F - 245/40/18 = OD of 25.7"
R - 285/35/19 = OD of 26.85"
Your proposed rear size of 295/40/19 will have an overall diameter of 28.3 inches, which is almost 1.5 inches more than OEM - not good. A better choice is 295/35/19 which will be 27.13 inches in diameter, close enough to the OEM size.
Your proposed 255/40/18 are 26 inches in diameter which is pretty close to OEM and therefore OK.
Hope this helps.
