firstvettesoon, this is subtle detail but matters a bunch:::the side air inlet is angled incorrectly on the C8 overlay and the C8R.

FVS, of course I can’t be sure but this design could just as easily be under the camo. The side inlet will be much softer on the actual car and I believe, quite similar to the above sketch.

I believe that the shape of the actual inlet is appearing here.

Actual shape of air inlet?

I still love this drawing- it may not be a “shocking” design but it has a certain raw street fighter look. A 458/488 with a lot of Corvette style curves. Definitely a Corvette. If anything, this design will age well. Our latest pics still resemble this sketch.

This may not be a leading edge or a “shocking design”, but I see it as a 458/488 with plenty of neat Corvette styling details. A tough street fighter look that if anything, will age well. Our very latest pics from Germany still resemble this sketch.

And, it will look like a Corvette.

I still see this sketch as the actual car.

Please don’t forget about this drawing- I still see this car under the camo. Please look closely at the tops of the fenders where the quarter panel meets the door then down to the side inlet, it just works.

The Corvette is American muscularity.

I believe we will see the C8 fenders (and how they blend into the doors) resemble this concept. No protruding side scoop.
