Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
The vette was originaly an early 1969 can am white convertible with black soft top, white hardtop and black interior. It had a 350/300 SB with M20 manual 4 speed and 3.08 rear end.
The vette was found on corvettes at Carlisle in 2006 and shipped to Denmark. Prewious owner - Jeff Walker - had taken good care of it, and everything was funktionally in good condition. It was a non-matching number 350/300, so the engine swap was soon arranged. There might be many different oppinions, but after I have tryed the powerfull BB I´m convinced that this is the only true engine for "america´s only true sportscar"...
The vette is now being customized as a rolling project, and I hope to be able to finish it within 2-3 years. My goal is to built a mean street machine with all the best parts under the skin and still paying respect to the original design...- like the way Duntov would have made it, if the parts where availible in 69...
