Owned this car since 1984 -- My first car. Paid $3500 for it. My dad's insurance agent asked me what kind of car I had. I told him Chevy. He then asked me what model, I then said Corvette. He then said, "Oh, you see these 3 stars here, that means High Performance." My ex-wife wouldn't let me work on her, but my new and bestest wife let me keep the transmission in the living room until I was ready for it! All the modifications I did myself in the last 4-5 years, including designing and building the engine in the garage, and welding in the rearend assembly and catching my hair on fire. My wife says I owe her a really big cruise!
