1. Take her for a spin at the Glen

There is virtually no way you could pass up an opportunity to track your Vette at a real pro venue. Considering you are able to do just that at the iconic Watkins Glen International road course, how could you turn your back on that? Putting a lap or two under your belt at the Glen should be at the top of your bucket list.

2. Visit her birthplace

No warm-blooded Vette owner who considers his car to be veritably the fruit of his loins should pass up an opportunity to visit the National Corvette Museum and assembly plant in Bowling Green Kentucky. Visiting the birthplace of the Vette and getting up close and personal with every model year should give you goosebumps just thinking about it.

3. Cave into the mod bug

Sooner or later, you just can't avoid getting bitten by the mod bug. Whether it is a simple exhaust upgrade or a complete widening of the rear end, giving your Corvette that personal touch makes it uniquely your own is something that you'll just have to accomplish before you push up those daisies.

4. Take a ride down Route 66

Besides hot dogs, baseball and apple pie, nothing shows the American spirit of adventure more than the classic Corvette and the fabled highway, Route 66. Driving your Vette down this venerable highway is the stuff dreams are made of.

5. Drive her in a parade

Grab some candy and hit up the annual Carlisle Corvette Parade in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Who can resist watching literally over 5,000 Vettes driving down the boulevard in this annual parade? No matter what Corvette model is your favorite, there's no doubt that there will be plenty of it at this parade.
