755-HP 2019 C7 Corvette ZR1 Revs Up at Sebring

Corvette Product Manager talks specs while firing up powerful new ZR1.

We know the 2019 C7 Corvette ZR1 is on its way to dealers, but Chevrolet has remained fairly tight-lipped about its capabilities. We already assume this C7 will blow our minds, but now we have a little confirmation that comes straight from the top. Recently, Corvette Product Manager Harlan Charles attended the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring race. While at the Chevrolet Performance tent, Charles hopped inside the new and hotly-anticipated 2019 C7 Corvette ZR1 on display and fired that bad boy up. Aside from giving us a listen to the beastly ‘Vette he also talked about what we can expect from ZR1, including some of the performance specs on the C7 currently in production.

CorvetteBlogger took the video, and got some information directly from the man himself…and it is good. Charles says that 2019 Corvette ZR1 can go from 0-60 mph in 2.85 seconds, and can go 0-100 mph in 6 seconds flat. In addition to that, the ZR1 can do the quarter mile in 10.6 seconds at 134 mph. Whoa.
