Are C7 Corvette Wheels Better In Silver or Chrome?
Okay everyone, it’s time to help out another forum member with their dream Corvette purchase. Suburban99 is looking to pick up a new C7 Coupe, and he already decided on the options. He chose the Blade Silver paint, but he is stuck on wheel choice. He isn’t sure if he should stick with the silver painted wheels or take the chromed units. His current car is a C6 in silver with chrome, and he loves the way it looks. But he just can’t make his mind. In photos he loves the way both wheel choices compliment the silver paint.
Suburban99 reached out to the forum and has gotten some pretty good feedback on the various pros and cons of the painted wheels over chrome, ranging from how easy it is to clean all the way to problems with having repairs done. I think the right thing to do here, as a public service, is to conduct one of our polls.
