Corvette of the Week: C7 Z06 Puts Mowe Back in the Saddle Again
Here’s a sad story that has a very happy ending.
Corvette Forum member mowe once had himself a C6 Corvette, a beauty that he had for about five years. About a year ago, he got rid of the ‘Vette to nab a fourth gen Viper. Horrible, right?
But wait, that’s not even the saddest part of this story. After that, mowe ditched the Viper and picked up a Hellcat. This just went from bad to worse!
But don’t fret; just wait for the happy ending.
Finally, after his time dealing with the Dodge Side, mowe has come back to the light and purchased himself a brand new C7 Z06 Corvette, with Museum Delivery, no less. In doing so, not only does he get to drive the greatest American sports car around, but he can do so knowing he’s driving a Corvette of the Week winner!
Along with these stunning pics of his Torch Red/Carbon Flash speed demon with 2LZ and the Stage 2 Aero, mowe also posted some of his impressions after driving the car for 30 days. Needless to say, he’s impressed. And you should read his whole write up. But let me just share with you a couple of excellent lines, which sum things up nicely:
“The car handles well, has gobs of power, looks dead evil, has a factory warranty, and can take the top off and act like a Vert when ever I want. What more could I ask for? I have owned many cars and this one takes the cake. Well done GM…. I will never stray again.”
