Here's Your Corvette of the Year!

The Voting Was so Close for Corvette of the Year, Two Corvettes Actually Tied for First Place

It’s your right as an American to get out there and vote. And it’s your right as a Corvette Forum member to help pick the Corvette of the Year. Several hundred CF members voted on this year’s contest, and the end result was… a tie! Pictured above and just below are your two first place winners.

Representing the C3 body style is the gorgeous silver Stingray above, posted by 69Vett. This car actually has quite a storied history, with a well-documented frame-off restoration. Horsepower is factory rated at 300, coming from the tried-and-true 350.

Also sharing first place is this C4 Corvette. Silver might be a common theme with winners here, with this 1996 posted by 96 Vette CE.  CE obviously stands for Collector Edition, marking the last year of production for the C4. This car and the Stingray above both shared a total of 97 votes.

Furthermore, trailing just three votes behind the first place tie (yes, it was that close) is this awesome black C1 posted by abdo. The black-on-red color combo is a Corvette classic. And the scalloped sides are unmistakably C1’s most prominent feature.

And what do they win for being Corvette of the Year? Free stuff! A gift card and other prize packages are on the way to these users for taking top honors. All they had to do was share their amazing Corvettes!
