Facebook Fridays: How About This Widebody C7 Corvette?

Well, let me throw my two cents in first. It’s not exactly the look I’d go for if I were lucky enough to land a Corvette C7. But you can’t deny that this week’s Facebook Friday pic — a sunset-soaked C7 decked out with a Limited Edition XIK Widebody Kit — grabs your attention.

This C7 kit created by Ivan Tampi Customs (ITC) offers quite a striking spin on the Corvette. Even if you don’t care much for widebody Corvettes, the pic (shared on ITC’s FB page) certainly makes you want to see more.

Apparently, Tampi has racked up a few awards for his custom work over his 16 years in the business, with a client base that spans from the U.S. to Japan. The official website says his claim to fame was a design kit called the Black Widow series for Japanese cars.

Judging from this week’s Facebook Friday photo though, I get the sense that it’ll be his new C7 kit that gets him more attention around here.
