Look Out World: Debuts at the 2011 LA Auto Show!

Generally, my favorite thing about a big unveiling is that it sucks most of the press folks into one area of the show, which makes it easier to get photos of cars that would otherwise be mobbed. That’s not to say that I don’t enjoy them?the Genesis Coupe reveal in New York a couple years back was awesome?and the theatrical aspect can be entertaining.
This year, I actually felt a little bad for the General, because as cool as the 580HP ZL1 Camaro convertible pictured above is, Ford managed to completely upstage it?by doing nothing. Click through to see what I mean, and to check out some of the other sweet rides that dropped in LA.
