Is Magnetic Ride for Your C7 Corvette Worth the Money?
Here at Corvette Forum, we like to help each other out, especially when it comes to picking the right Corvette for you. Here’s a prime example of that. Recently, one of our members, Scottc7, created a thread titled, “C7 Magnetic Ride Control,” and he asked us all a very important question:
“Need input from experienced C7 owners. Getting ready to order 2016 Stingray Coupe Z51 and am wanting to know is the Magnetic Ride Control really worth the $1700? Thoughts would be greatly appreciated!”
Well Scott, you’ve come to the right place to have that question answered.
My personal opinion, after having driven a bunch of cars with Magnetic Ride, including the C7 Corvette, is that it is definitely worth the extra bit of money now. The Magnetic Ride Control is sublime. It’s hard for when you want it to be, and comfy as all get up for when you just want to cruise. Magnetic Ride is a brilliant piece of technology and is definitely worth the money.
But don’t take my word for it, just look at all the people on the thread who say the same thing.
