I have to say that had it not been for the headline of the following story, I would’ve stopped reading about two paragraphs in because it was tough determining exactly where the article was headed. It’s hard not to be intrigued by a headline like “Murder in a Corvette,” though.

After getting a darn-good look at the 1966 Sting Ray featured in the video after the jump, claims that the C2 Corvette might be one of the best ‘Vette generations ever are pretty hard to dispute.

I thought I’d outgrown the idea of putting up posters of cars on the wall, but this one of a Corvette patent filed by GM in 1966 has certainly changed my mind.

If there’s one thing that really irks me, it’s someone taking something that isn’t theirs, but when that something is a classic Corvette, it really pisses me off.
