Valarra Transforms Your C6 Into An Insane Custom Ride

By -

Valarra’s bonkers C6 rebody turns any C6 Corvette into a pseudo-supercar for around $30,000, and we want one bad.

While Chevrolet had plenty to look at SEMA 2019 with the mid-engine C8 Corvette we all know and love, an exciting beast sat not too far from its successors. If you’re tired of the same old looks of your C6 Corvette, and you’ve got around $30,000 burning a hole in your pocket, boy do we have a solution for you. We were at SEMA, and this car is such a departure from the Corvette’s look we didn’t even know that it was one!

This masterpiece is the brainchild of the company Valarra. In this video posted by Check Engine Radio on youtube, we get a detailed walkaround of this beast. The SEMA car features a crazy rear-mounted twin-turbo setup. While turbochargers are not a part of the standard kit, it is an option. According to their website, the kit starts under $30,000, which isn’t all that bad considering the crazy outcome.

The kit changes the look from front to back. Though we like the Corvette, we do have to say that this is quite an improvement. The back end, especially, looks like something you’d find at a hypercar reveal. If you were driving behind one of these, you would likely never know it’s a Corvette. The sheer width from the new fenders is utter madness, but it fills very well with the wheels fitted to it.

Not only is the exterior drastically different, the interior sees a makeover as well. While the interior is a little bit harder to disguise, it isn’t likely anyone would know what it is unless they were a Corvette fan. Though, full disclosure, we kind of hope there’s other interior options. It seems to let down the rest of the design, just a tad. However, this is the very first one. We can’t fault them too much.

Overall, we are big fans of what they are doing at Valarra. This thing is sure to turns heads everywhere you go. With the LS powerplant, there are virtually unlimited performance options, too. You could make this thing as lethal performance-wise as it looks. Lookout Lambos, there’s a budget supercar coming for you.
