Lingenfelter Performance C6

I’d pay an entry fee to sit in on this dyno test.

Then again, I’d be willing to kick in a little cash for a behind-the-scenes peak at anything involving a Lingenfelter Corvette. Why? Well, it’s pretty simple: over the years, we’ve come to learn that any car modified by Lingenfelter Performance Engineering will certainly keep one entertained.

As you can see in the video below, this particular show stars one of the company’s 1,400-horsepower 2009 Corvette ZR1s roaring on the dyno. According to GM Authority, the C6 is powered by a custom LPE 417 cubic-inch crate engine with Lingenfelter CNC LS9 cylinder heads and Lingenfelter custom grind camshaft.

The Lingenfelter ZR1 is also equipped with a pair of custom GT40-88R turbos and an LPE custom intercooler intake, all of which must make this C6 even more thrilling to experience behind the wheel.
