As you can see in the video below, that’s exactly what we’re dealing with here. This high-powered C7 is all about speed, posting an eighth-mile run of 3.89 seconds with a trap speed of 204.45 miles per hour, according to a GM Authority report.
Yup, I’m betting this is one sure-fire way of earning a few warnings from the neighborhood association.
Lucky for most residential areas, this C7 was built for intimidating would-be contenders on the dragstrip more than waking up the neighbors. Although, from the sound of it, this beast is certainly capable of giving you a good jolt if you were sleeping anywhere nearby.
Talk about a wake up call, I can’t even imagine trying to start a car like this where I live. I mean, I’ve already gotten plenty of menacing looks from my neighbors for starting cars with far less horsepower.
That said, after looking at the inside of this C7, it probably would take the strength of me and a neighbor or two just to hold on to that steering wheel trying to keep this thing straight while barreling down the strip.
