Interesting bit that running slicks voids the warranty even if you aren't racing. Do Hoosiers count as slicks even though they are DOT approved? Guess I better stick with the MPSC2 or MPSS.
No, they do not. GM has not mandated a specific make or model of tire so any street legal, correct specification, tire will not void the warranty.

Note that Tadge specifically said "track slicks" would void the warranty.

I agree with all of GM's warranty stipulations except for the T1 suspension.

The T1 suspension has always been a great upgrade for a street driven car. Assuming it still is for the C7, I'd have to bet a greater % of cars with T1 suspension components do not use slicks or see race use. It sounds like T1 parts will void the general warranty regardless of how the car is used.

Aren't all of these parts geared towards "race use"?

I'm curious how a C7 with the 2 kits in question T1 and floor reinforcements compares to a C7 "tuner" of equal budget. Being able to add the Z06 parts maybe more about trying to improve reliability particularly with cooling for the average owner.
