Default Why not include window valet as standard feature?

Many other vehicles offer the ability to roll down the windows using the remote fob. Why wasn't the C7 included in this? It would help with the closing of the hatch when the windows are up. I have a 2016 with the power pull down and I still have to slam the hatch for it to close. When the windows are open no problem. I would love to have this feature available as a dealer flash.

Be careful what you wish for. I have a 370Z with this feature and I hate it. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally rolled down the windows by just sitting down or bending over with the keys in my pocket. A few times I didn't realize it happened, and my car got rained into!

My 350Z had that & I never rolled them down accidentally, other cards do too.

I was actually wondering this myself. I had that on my Challenger and my BMW too. It's nice to let out the heat during the summer.

Perhaps not Chevy but definitely other brands.

Your question needs to be edited/restated if it wins and is sent to Tadge. I can find no evidence of any other GM brand vehicles that have this sort of feature. If they do exist, I'm happy to be corrected on that. Either way, I'd recommend re-stating.

Well after some research I found out that 2015 and newer Chevy and GMC trucks and SUV's (depending on trim level) have a menu option that allows remote window operation.

It would have been nice to have that option in the C7.

I think that would be a nice feature, but i would love to have the ability to continue to hold the top up button on my C7 convert and have the windows go up at the end of the top up cycle. I have a BMW 3 series convert and it has that feature. It is very handy and probably would cost almost nothing.

Sorry, this question is dead and buried. In all the polls I put it up on, it didn't fare well. So we're moving on.

6th gen Camaro has the window down with remote feature with 2 presses and hold of unlock button. Can Corvette be programmed with this feature to assist with hatch closing?

I'm sorry; as I posted earlier, this question is dead and buried. It never wins any of the polls or even comes close.
