Default Data stored and retreiveable on engine use

Is a technician able to obtain data from the ecu or other computer in a C5, C6 or C7 that will provide an owner/purchaser with how many times the engine has been over revved and by how much as well as any other meaningful information?

Saw this pre-purchase innspection video of used Porsche on Autoweek where the Porche computer provided this info.

I've heard that the obd2 will recorded a few seconds before and accident or I should say an airbag deployment.
I don't believe it has any long there record of how the vehicle was driven.

Edit..
I see from your Porsche video it did record a past over rev. It would be interesting to find out what the corvette ecm records.
