Default SAE LT4 horsepower cert question

Attached is the GM SAE certified engine torque and engine horsepower graph for a stock 2015 LT4 ZO6. I would like to know the actual measured air fuel ratio curve, timing advance curve, manifold air temperature, catalytic converter over temperature correction, etc that was logged during this Dyno run. Reason being, on a rear wheel Dyno run , rwhp can easily drop 50 rwhp based on enabling COT and the AFR commanded goes to 0.74 Lambda making the AFR very rich. Obviously, elevated MAT will reduce timing and drop hp. I am curious what was the actual AFR , timing , etc used to obtain the attached SAE Graph ?

Thanks.
