Hi, I have a 2017 Corvette C7. While I love Apple Carplay, I wish it were wireless like BMW. Even aftermarket head units like Pioneer now has wireless Apple Carplay.

It seems that wireless Apple Caplay uses Bluetooth and Wifi, both of which I believe my 2017 Corvette has.

Therefore, can GM create a software update that allows wireless Apple Carplay? I understand that my iPhone won't get the battery charged if using wireless but for short trips, that's what I want because it's inconvenient to plug and unplug. For long trips, it would be worth it to use a wired Apple Carplay.
