We bought an '08 coupe a few months back and it has the low volume "hiss" that I've been reading about. I searched through the Forum and found lots of info on it and how it is "normal" for the Bose C6 system. However, I did not see mention of something that ours is doing. At low or no volume the hissing gets louder as you use the DIC buttons to scroll through your options, mpgs, odo, etc. When your done with those functions, after a 1 or 2 second delay the hissing goes back to " normal". Anyone else have this problem, or do I need to dig further?

When you push the DIC buttons do you hear a beep?
My stock radio is removed, but the GMCO adapter I have installed beeps whenever I push a button. Normally the radio controls that, so I'm guessing it may just be normal.
