Default new pioneer 4400bh

i bought for my 07z 2lz. it has the bose system,nav,onstar which i don't care about. i got the interface wire harnees antenna wire and dash kit is that all i need? also i was thinking about installing this today but changed my mind. i have been reading threads of people changing the h/u and having problems like windows dont work car dont start just wierd stuff.

i have installed more headunits in c6's then i care to count and have never had any of these issues. use the proper harness and you will have zero problems

does the battery have too be disconnected? there is no cutting wires just plug and play

Leave battery alone, follow interface instructions, everything will work fine.

Basic radio swap is plug n play. Extra features of new radio may need to be spliced in to OEM wires.
