I see many vendors selling the Ensolite foam pre cut for C6 Door Panels. Fairly inexpensive at $30. I'm planning to take my door panels off for other reasons.

Any noticeable sound improve with these? Or fitment issues?

They definitely help with interior sound levels. Not sure what sound improvements you're looking for? The ensolite used is thin and flexible, so they won't add any structural rigidity to the doors and won't have a noticeable impact on speaker performance, but the noise reduction has an impact on overall sound quality within the car. Shouldn't be any problem with fit.

You may want to consider adding a door filler panel (either from a vendor - aluminite - or you can make one from plexiglass).

Also, you may want to pre-purchase the door panel fasteners. They can deform or break when you pull the door panel off. Most dealers charge about $2-3 for each fastener piece (pin or receptacle). If you buy online you can usually find them for $0.5 - $1 each (buying 10-12 at a time).
