I have a Pioneer avic x910BT and a fosgate t400.4. IM debating on swapped out the stock nav and putting in this set up.
My question is will i have any problems running the insides 2 a 4 channel? since the doors are 10in woofers or do they have a x-over

C6 has an external amp, unless you replace the speakers and add a real sub just use the oem amp with the new HU. Stock speakers can't take any more power than they're already getting.
If you want to use the amp, best bang-for-buck would be to install new 6.5" components in the doors (remove oem subs and 3.5's) on ch 1&2 of the amp, then bridge ch 3&4 to a sub in the trunk.
You COULD use the amp with new components in the doors and 5.25's in the back, some like it. Personally I think it sounds better with the oem subs and new 2-way 3.5's powered from stock amp than it does with new components on a new amp and no sub at all .
