C6 Bose - Need replacement speakers
Driving down the road, listening to the radio no more than a quarter of the way up, my driver speaker started sounding hollow with an echo. Then as bass hits, it goes $(*^*(#*^^$$*%*%(pplll. Thats about how good it sounds. The weird thing is, it gets better sounding it I "push" through the horrible sounds.
Anyway, eBay wants about $100 for one speaker. Are there any drop in speakers that sound good? I don't want to wire in amps and all that crap, just want it to sound as it did before. It is a 2lz car with everything but navigation. I am worried about buying different speakers and it not sounding as good because they wouldn't be matched with the head unit and amps.
Any suggestions?
