I have a Bose w/navigation in my 2013 coupe and I want to listen to music from my Samsung phone but when I plug in the usb port I get a message that it is not recognized ,Is there an interface that will let me use my phone? thanx

Hmm...I don’t have a Samsung phone but I never had any issues with my iPhone on the stock system. Have you tried another device? USB stick, iPod?
