Hey all,
Years ago I purchased/installed a Clarion NX501 with the PAC ROEM-VET1 from Double D Mods for my '02 Coupe.

The Clarion just died on me, and I'm looking at replacing it with either a Kenwood or Pioneer unit that supports Apple Carplay.

My question is, will I be able to re-use the PAC ROEM-VET1 that I already have, or will I need to replace that harness/adapter as well?

I'm running it with my Avic-8200nex without issue.

I have an axxess xvsi 2004 which I had intended to use with the new head unit when I upgraded from a kenwood single din, but I tested the new one on the roem and it sounded fine so I left it.

Thanks Tusc... did you have to do much re-wiring of the harness when you went from Kenwood to Pioneer, or did everything match up okay?

I did re-plice to work with the Pioneer wire harness, yes.

You might look and see if there is an aftermarket plug and play harness for what you have.
