ROEM-VET1 Wiring Questions

No, I wouldn't advise to do that. The Blue/White from the PAC is not used. I would loop its end and protect it with electrical tape.

They have different types of Harness A, Harness B and Harness C that are "mixed and matched" to form different packages depending on the application target.

FYI - I got my head unit wired into the car yesterday. First I probed the cream colored wire's pin on the far right position of the blue side climate control connector. I got 0 volts lights off, and as soon as I clicked the fog lights on I got 11.35 volts. A few pins left was more like 12 volts. So, I spliced into the cream wire and with the head unit powered it dimmed nicely when I turned the lights on.

I was just probing all of the pins to see if the car was at 11.3 volts or not. One of the pins more in the middle of the connector had constant power and was about 12 volts. I did not bother to look at the wire color or exact pin location.

Here is a question I post else where. Does anybody have low volume on their rear speakers? If yes how do you fix it? Did you bypass the roem vet1 or run new wires

Mine seem OK volume-wise. Aren't there some pots on the box for adjusting stuff? Check this out: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...roem-vet1.html
