I have had this unit for four years. When they first came out they were trouble prone. I was lucky.....until now. My problem is trying to access the sd card. When I push the button for 1 second the front face lowers just enough to access the CD. It will not continue to lower to gain access to the sd card. I reset the unit but have not done a hard reset(disconnecting power). Any ideas? I am putting off taking it out as long as possible!

Found the problem. Somehow, the trim surrounding the unit became mis-aligned not allowing the unit to open as far as needed. Glad the unit is not broken!
