Attempting iPad pro 11 in dash
**attempting** an iPad pro 11 inatall in my c5. Check the progress and open to suggestions. I plan on plastic welding the mount to the bezel surround so it is one piece, then filling and sanding the gaps for a nice look. Then wrapping entire bezel in leather. The HVAC controls will be relocated to glove box as well.
Started cutting the factory bezel up removing the horizontal bar that separated radio and HVAC controls. Then cut out the ash tray/storage area.
I then has to trim the ipad mount kit because of tabs where the factory bezel clicks in. I just checked to see if it would work and it appears as if its actually going to work! In the picture it is about 1 too low because of the top dash peice where the vent comes down. Looks like i will have to trim that as well in order to get the mount pushed up and centered. Overall, happy with progress.
What yall think!?

Are you done yet?
Interesting. I always wanted a big screen in mine ever since I rode in my buddy's Tesla. I can never find one I like that doesn't have all those buttons on the sides.
Power, volume. etc...

I would try putting the console on first then mounting (maybe with clips) the iPad into the space which will allow it to be removed without having to take the bezel off again. Plus it would probably cover where the pieces of the bezel were cut out.
