First to remove the rear speaker you only need to remove the grill. That is just popped in there and comes out easily. Then the speaker will come right out.

If you really want to remove the entire piece you need to remove the grill. Behind there is a push pin...pull it out. Then in the door jamb there is another push pin...remove that. You have to remove the seat belt. Above the seat belt is two more push pins...remove those. Then go to the opposite side of the car and remove the two pushpins up there. The piece of plastic that runs across the inside top of the car connecting the two B pillars has to come out. Once the 4 pushpins are removed it is held in by clips. A panel popper is very helpfull here. You want very carefully pull the plastic piece as close to each clip as possible. If your car is a coupe then you will need to remove the hatch prop rods. Those are held on by a C clip at the top and come off with a small flat blade screwdriver. I do not think there is anything like that on the FRC or vert...not positive though. Once that is down then you can remove the plastic surrounding the rear speaker. That also has clips behind it. It also has a clip in the very back very close to the hatch prop rod. Also the piece around the speker lips around the door jamb...sort of tricky getting it off the first time. You might want to remove the plastic piece that connects the speaker surround to the floor...right behind the seats. That is in with two clips and comes out with a slight tug. That piece does not have to come out though.

I think I covered everything...good luck. The first time they come out is a bit of fun but not horrible. Take your time and there should be no problems. Also pay attention to the gaskets in the door jamb.

Pep boys would proably have one. Looks like a bent screwdriver with a two pronged fork on the end of it. I think Sears has them also.
