Just curious. Are all 254 prints in genuine/original pencil or is this print an approved "copy" of the original pencil drawing that is reproduced 254 times and numbered from 1 to 254?
More than likely a print limited to 254 pieces with the artist retaining the original pencil drawing. At least that is how it is with other art I have purchased. Bought a print one time at an auction for my wife. She got her picture took with the artist beside the print and then he did a charcoal drawing on the back of the print for her. The charcoal drawing on the back is actually worth more than the print, especially since he has since died.
I have not ever tried to ship a large picture like this in a frame, and it seems like this would get expensive for the buyer. but if you are ever up in the Phoenix area, that might work, if I still have it.
