This car was initially built by Phoenix Performance in PA, then maintained (including engine replacement) by Powell Race Shop in ON. It has only the best parts and only professional mechanics ever worked on it (except brake pad and rotor changes). No expense was ever spared for maintenance or repairs. I drive the car to and from the track, it is fully road legal . It is a lot of fun to drive, with lots of power and grip, amazing braking ability, and perfect on-the-limit and over-the-limit balance. It is a lot of car for the money and will easily hang with GT3s, GTRs, R8s and the like on the track. If you want a turn-key, fast, fun car that you can drive to and from the track without it missing a beat, this is it.

It is in perfect mechanical shape, everything works and is pretty much bullet proof, the car is tight and feels solid.

Full disclosure: this is not a show queen. It has scratches, chips, and other blemishes you would associate with a car that has been actually used. The car has probably hit the wall once in the rear before I owned it (fiberglass repairs, invisible from outside), but aligns true. I have also hit the wall lightly in the front, but only the bumper and some supports had to be replaced, no structural damage. Other than that everything is perfect.

The short block was replaced (as well as all attending oil lines, coolers, etc.) by a brand-new blueprinted Lingenfelter LS6 block in late 2011 due to fuel pump intermittent failure leading to the engine running too lean. The entire fuel pump system has been replaced to ensure this will not happen again, and an AFR gauge installed to make sure. Everything was run-in according to proper procedures and oil reports are perfect.

The body as about 53000M on it right know.

Good price, good luck with the sale.

A year ago I bought an 02 ZO6 with similar prep except stock interior for $24k. A lot cheaper than doing all of the mods yourself even though in my case I had to do some work due to track wear and tear. I'd love to have your brakes, any chance you would sell separate?
