You have 18x11 with different weights twice. Is there a set 18x12's?
Are these for a C-5 Z 06 offset spacing?

Not sure what you mean by different weights? The "BS" = backspacing if I think I understand your confusion. All four wheels for sale are 18x11, but with different backspacing (offsets).

I can't speak to if it will fit a C5Z as I only used them on my C6 base car.

You ran a square setup on your car? Did you do any other suspension mods or anything?

Coilovers and sways. Being square made the car turn in like a dream and kept the back end lively. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Plus the wheels are unbelievably light.
