We build the kit that cwikstro linked you to. It's an easy kit and works well even with big slicks. I'd be happy to get you more info if you need it.

LG also sells their version of the spindle mount. You have to remove the bearing, but the upside is the mount for the hose is 3". The drawback of the quantum one is that the 3" hose has to mount to a 2" flange. It squeezes it in a way were I was regularly checking hte hose waiting for it to fail.

The ones on eBay were a used set of the Quantum spindle ducts.
