Any pictures of the hitch showing how it is installed? I thought hitches for the C5 typically required drilling.

Sorry I didn't take any pics before removing it from my car but it uses factory holes in the frame. It includes nuts with long bars that are slid into openings for 2 bolts and the other 2 bolts go into plates that slide into access holes and then lay flat. Super easy to install and take off and a neat way to do it with current holes. I only had to loosen the rear exhaust hangers didn't even have to take off the mufflers or tailpipes.

I had to drill some holes to mount my hitch.
Here are the install instructions.
I purchase a 10 or 12" drill bit that way I didn't have to remove the exhaust, just loosen and lower.

The Drawtite hitch mounts differently than the instructions posted above. It has 2 captured nuts on their own tabs that are slid in the bumper/frame tube and aligned with pre-existing holes. The front mounts use flat tabs that are slid into the frame through existing oval holes and then they lay flat to allow bolts to be screwed into them. You can see these in the picture below. Hopefully that helps clear up the hitch mounting.
