Texas would like to host F1 race at night

Now that would be awesome. It would be great to have an F1 race close and a night race would be really cool. I attended an ALMS night race at TMS in 2000 I think. It was great to see the C5R and Vipers fighting and the R8 just driving away from everyone.

I had just moved to Dallas in the fall of 83 and I went to the race in Fair Park. Watched Nigel Mansell push his car across the finish line.
I had quit racing to start a family then and my son was just a few months old. It lit the spark in me again and I started racing again the next year and full time in 88 in the Corvette challenge. My first race in the Corvette challenge in 88 was at the Fair Park track.
Glad I was there. Too bad the promoters went to jail.
