Anyone run a Breay Krause harness bar w/ a Hardbar seat mount? Downbars too long now
The BK down bars are designed to work w/ a stock seat... the bottom part goes over the stock seat stud over the seat rail.
With the harbar seat rail in it makes the bar sit too high to line up w/ the hole in the main horizontal bar even w/ the top heim-joing adjusted all the way short.
I wasted 2 expensive drill bits enlarging the bottom hole to fit over the Hardbar seat adapter stud as it's larger... finally got it.
Any input? I still have the rigth side down bar in and will run it as is.

You have to pound the bottom of the BK downbar flat and put it underneath the hardbar seat stud adapter. Try to shape it a little bit so it follows the contour of the floor pan. Cut a slit in the carpet and to tuck the flat underneath it.
