Relative Viscosity of GM Cold Climate P/S Fluid
Is GM Cold Climate Power Steering Fluid more or less viscous than other
semi or fully synthetic P/S fluids
Which P/S fluids have low viscosity and anti-foaming characteristics?
Thanks,
Ken R.

I'm not sure of the viscosity, but I believe that the GM (cold climate) fluid is full synthetic. It has better characteristics than the conventional stuff. I started using it full time last year - good stuff.

Unless there is more than one version, the label for ACDelco Cold
Climate fluid (#10953471) describes the contents as a partially
synthetic base.
I recently switched to complete a system flush after finding I was
unable to readily locate BG Universal Synthetic Power Steering Fluid
#334, which I'd been using successfully since flushing in '03.
Having noticed the favorable comments about CCF here, I thought I'd
give it a try. Now I am curious about whether CCF is more viscous
than the BG fluid.
