I feel like a newbie asking this question, but here goes.

What do the numbers mean - 11.5 x 25.5 x 18? I've noticed this sizing system used on several all-out racing slicks, but I don't know how to interpret it, how to know whether one of those tires will fit my wheels or not.

P.S. I fully understand the other sizing system (example, 275/35ZR-18).

Width x Height x Rim Diameter in inches. Saves you doing the math of the aspect ratio vs the tread width, I guess.

OK, I understand most of it now. What is the Width -- wheel width, tire section width, tread width, or something else?
