Andy,

Thanks for posting the video.

What mods have you done on your Z06? What tires were you running?

I have never been at that track. What trans gears were you using?

The car is pretty much bone stock. I am running Michelin Pilot Cup sports.

Thanks for viewing!

That Porsche is in Big Trouble in the future!

Get some more seat time and install a set of improved brake pads, I use Hawk DTC70s, when you go to the track and he will be viewing your tail lights disappearing in front of him.

Thanks again for the video.

Thanks for taking my son on the run with NVCC on Friday. We have created another track junkie. It was all he could talk about on the way home !!

That's some great video, with as close as you were running there were a few times when he could have pointed you by.

I was running the black C6z06 out there with you guys. He was trying real hard to stay in front of me too but I was able to get by him on at least two occassions.

Great fun!

Hi Randy, I tried keeping up with you a few times, but no dice, you are a fast driver!! Running with the BMWCCA is fun, they run a very well organized event and the instructor run groups are pretty long. FUN TIMES!!

Thanks for the compliment, but I can only take partial credit. The car is just flat out awesome compared to my previous ride.

The BMW guys do run a pretty good event, a good deal less incidents than some other groups. Northern New Jersey PCA runs a VERY sweet 3 day event at VIR in November that I have attended the last few years, would be great to see some more american iron there!

that's the first video i ever seen like that. the porsche had his hands full with all the shifting, i was amazed at how effortless the vette accelerated and through the turns, it looked like you could have passed him anytime you wanted, and he new it that's why he left you hanging he timed it perfect blocking you with the other car. great video smoke that guy
