How often do you change fluids?
I've read plenty of posts on brake, clutch and engine oil changes but how often do you change Trans fluid and rear diff oil? I have about 9 track days on my original factory trans and rear diff fluids, 8000 miles street and track total. Time to change?

Especially if those are the original fills, YES. Not only do they have the track days on them, but break-in wear as well.
I only do a couple of track days a year, but autocross regularly, and change out my tranny and diff fluids annually.
HTH, and have a good one,
Mike

I change my oil after every single track day. If it is a two day event, I change it Saturday night and then again after Sunday. The trans and diff I do every other track day due to heat. If it is just auto-x's I will do 5 or 6 before changing. I looked up my RO history at work and at 25K miles I had 22 oil changes on it.

testing my engine oil at Blackstone labs it should be good for 2500 track miles only.
Tranny and diff each season which would normally be 25-30 days of events or more.
Clutch I am very deliquent and need to do more often.
Brakes 3-4 HARD HARD days SRF I'll bleed 1/2 liter out. I did go 999 miles no bleed on SRF to see how long it would last. One thousands miles with real thin pads and I had to go throught the cones in a calm fashion at Pocono. I could have forced the turn but didn't so I proceeded at about 15 mph straight on.

I run the oil till the DIC reads 50% which is about three track weekends for me. Transmission and differential I change annually using Mobil synthetics. Brakes, bleed after every event using ATE super blue. Clutch, I drain and refill reservoir when it gets black - about 2-3 events.
