1.27g
I have a C6 Z06. Essentially, every time I track my car and I check the max G's pulled during a run a get 1.27g's. Doesn't matter if I am on street tires or the Hoosiers. Occasionally I will get something below this but never above this. I run in competition mode. I wonder if this is the maximum force it takes before the electronic nannies kick in and that is why I cannot exceed the 1.27?
Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't want to contradict what you're saying but, I have seen 1.30+ a few times on Hoosiers. And when I bury my foot to the floor I have seen 3 mpg.
Just my observations,

1.37 was the highest G reading I have seen to date. That was last year at Infineon coming out of the turn 6 on fresh Michelin Sport Cups. I regularly see 1.3 in the middle of turn 2 at Thunder Hill.
When are we going to go to TH together? I have 3 track days up there over the next month. Are you down?

You need a neck brace for those kind of G's . I miss that car alot. No matter what I do to my C6Z06 it's still not as predictable as that car was.
