I live in Farmington; any recommendations on a good shop for a performance alignment?

It sounds crazy but Belle Tire on Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor has done my track alignments on the last three cars I've had. You have to know what you want, and tell them you want it exactly nominal and matching both sides, but they'll do it for you if you ask nicely.

I'm picky, and I've always been satisfied with their work.

Talk to Kenny at Mufflers and More in Waterford.

Kenny ran One Lap this year and he got mine dialed in after the camber kit install.

They are are going to do the alignment on my A6 which is no easy job since the only way to set alignment is to move the cradle.

You can call Danny Kellermeyer in Ortonville. He does race cars, HPDE cars and autocross cars. Also, you get corner weights and rake as well.

You might be surprised that many dealerships do a decent alignment. My dealership had first rate equipment and a dedicated alignment team. I simply told them the specs I wanted and they got the job done (and supplied the computer printouts afterwards).

I live in Farmington as well. Kenny's guys did the alignment and some exhaust work on my street/track car. Tell him Matt with the gray GTO sent you.

His shop is in Walled Lake on Pontiac Trail west of M5, not Waterford.

Normally I don't let dealers touch my car but they have been helpful a couple of times. I gave them my specs and they were interested and helpful. Approx $90.00
