Default Radio Delete dash plate for C 4

I need to fill the void in my dash where the radio was mounted. Where can I get a plate to cover the void? I would like to mount an oil temperature guage in the plate. Any suggestions? (For a '90 track car.)

I made one from plastic, it turned out nice and only took a few mins to make. I put a trans temp gauge in the air vent and will be putting an oil pressure gauge there as well. It's a pretty simple install.
